What happens I receive a damaged/faulty product?

Love it

Lip tint that doesnt dry your mouth unlike other product. My lip cracks and very sensitive to any sort of lip balm, lip tint and even lip stick that contains reactive chemicals to my lips. Im very picky when it comes to putting something on my lips. Somehow, this product doesnt dry my mouth at all but made my lips more lively and colorful. If ever I need to purchase another one, i will buy this product all over again.
