Thank you for choosing KBeauty DropZone. Shipping is available to Australian and NZ addresses only.
Order Processing
Please allow 1 business day for KBeauty DropZone to process your order. We also offer same-day shipping for orders purchased by 2 p.m. Any orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
During sale periods, including Black Friday, please allow up to 1 additional business day of processing.

Delivery options and pricing
Australia Post will handle and deliver all parcels within 1 business day of payment clearance. KBeauty DropZone offers simple flat-rate shipping based on order value; the delivery options are available below.

All customers residing in Metro-Melbourne will be offered a free upgrade to express shipping (orders under $55 will still need to pay a shipping fee of $7). Metro-Melbourne suburbs: 3000-3062, 3064-3098, 3101-3138, 3140-3210, 8000-8999.

International shipping to NZ
Standard shipping is available to NZ addressees at a flat rate of $12 AUD. Delivery times vary between 5 and 15 business days. Free shipping will be available for orders exceeding AUD $150. Tracking will be available; please use the Australia Post or NZ Post website to check for updates.
Any customs and duties charged by NZ authorities are the buyer's responsibility.
Return to Sender
In the event parcels are 'Returned to Sender,' a $15 charge will be applied to re-send your parcels or deducted from your full refund amount.
If your property is unattended, any parcels that need to be signed will be directed to your nearest post office. Please ensure that you collect your parcel within 10 business days, or it will be returned to us, and a return-to-sender fee will apply.
Signature on Delivery/Authority to Leave
By default, all metro parcels will be sent with a signature on delivery, and the recipient may request ‘Authority to leave’ via the MyPost app or a delivery message from Australia. Once marked as ‘delivered,’ KBeauty DropZone is no longer responsible for any parcels that have been redirected or safe-dropped.
Regional deliveries will be left on the property or transferred to your nearest post office for collection, depending on arrangements made by Australia Post.
Do you deliver to Parcel Lockers and P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we deliver to all Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect and PO Boxes. Please ensure to include the street address if available.
My order has been confirmed but I want to change my address
Please message us as soon as possible @support@kbeautydropzone.com, and your address can be manually updated. If your item has been dispatched, you may use the ‘redirect it’ function via Australia Post. KBeauty DropZone will not be responsible for any lost shipments redirected during transit.
Delivery Issues
We understand it can be frustrating if you have not received your item within the specified time frame. Please contact us directly @support@kbeautydropzone.com if you are experiencing one of the issues below.
- Australia Post tracking says ‘delivered’, but you have not received your order yet.
- According to the tracking, the order is more than three business days late and is currently in transit.
- The item has been damaged during transit.
- The item was stolen or lost during transit.
- The order has been returned to the sender.
- Item(s) are missing from your order.
- You have entered the wrong address into our system.
Australia Post-related delivery issues will require a 2 - 5 business day waiting period for Australia Post to investigate. We would appreciate your patience during this time. We will try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
KBeauty DropZone, upon investigation, may compensate orders that have been damaged, stolen, or lost. If the product has been damaged, we may request photographic evidence. Products that are missing or damaged will either be partially refunded or have a replacement sent.
KBeauty DropZone will not be responsible for orders with the wrong address. Before completing payment, we highly recommend all customers check their addresses to prevent their parcel from going missing. The customer will be responsible for additional postage charges if the order has been returned because the parcel was incorrectly addressed.
