The lightweight toner rapidly absorbs into the skin without stickiness while leaving a light, refreshing feeling. It has a low pH formula and is formulated without fragrance, ethanol and mineral oil.

How to use: 

After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount of toner onto a cotton pad or your palms. Gently pat/swipe into the skin to allow absorption.
