I'm From Rice Toner is made with 77.78% rice extract, providing anti-aging, hydrating and brightening care for the skin. The magical ingredient, Yeoju rice, is rich in nutrients that promote the moisture level in the skin and the removal of dead skin cells. This light Korean toner is recommended for those with fine lines, hyperpigmentation, oily skin and dry skin.
How to use:
Shake product well before use. Dispense an appropriate amount onto hands and gently pat toner into skin until absorbed.
