What happens I receive a damaged/faulty product?

A new favourite

I love the texture of this eye cream. It’s lightweight but is still moisturising enough and it doesn’t burn my eyes which is a problem I’ve had with other eye creams.

Moisturises well

I can definitely see my eyelids are fuller instead of flatter from a few days of use suggesting there’s more moisture.

Holy Grail!

This eye cream has such a beautiful texture to it, not too heavy or thin. Such a perfect creamy texture that melts into the skin and visibly softens and hydrates my under eyes. I love this eye cream for day because it isn’t too oily and blends into the skin in a couple minutes which I enjoy! Definitely become my holy grail and the price point just makes it even better so in love.

Helped brighten my dark circles!

I love this eye cream. It feels so hydrating and smooth - a little goes a long way! My main concern was dark circles which I instantly noticed my eyes looking much brighter once I applied thjsbeye cream. For the price, I think it’s definitely worth a shot. Kiko & Beauty were very quick to post, I was amazed. Thank you!

No more under eye wrinkles

I wasn't expecting much from this cream. I've heard a lot online about how eye creams are just moisturizer and that they don't work. That wasn't the case for me and this product.

I found that using it every night reduced the appearance of the fine lines under my eyes. In the past I've slathered on every student type of moisturiser to get this effect and have nothing happen, but with this one a couple of days and the area looks much better. Obviously if you stop using it the effect disappears.

The cream is thick and a little goes a long way. I haven't noticed any scent.

Will definitely be getting this one again.
