How long do you take to ship out orders?
All orders are shipped out from Melbourne within 1 business day, we offer same business day dispatch for orders until 2pm.
When will my order arrive after dispatch?
VIC (Metro): 1 business day VIC (regional) & Metro areas of QLD, SA, TAS and NSW : 2 - 4 business days (express: 1 - 3 business days) | WA (Metro) : 4 - 7 business days (express: 2 - 3 business days)
Please allow an extra 3 business days for regional deliveries. Deliveries to other Australian territories may take 1 - 2 months.
What happens I receive a damaged/faulty product?
Please contact us at support@kbeautydropzone.comas soon as possible and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund for the faulty product. We may request for photographic evidence of the damaged product.
