A moisturising toner with a Rice formula to preserve moisture and restore the skin's natural moisture barrier.

Vegan Rice Milk formula made through grinding and milking Sandui Rice contains rich nutrients to brighten skin tone, deliver rich moisture and restore skin elasticity.
Reinforces the skin barrier and improves moisture retention with a hydrating blend of Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol and Ceramide NP.
The skin-friendly formula is free of ethanol, artificial fragrance, mineral oil and essential oil.

The toner's hydrating texture leaves the skin plump and firm without a sticky finish. It suits all skin types and comes in environmentally friendly packaging.

How to use:

After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount of toner to a cotton pad or your palms. Apply all over the skin and gently pat to allow absorption. Use Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Cream to finish.
