Purito Oat-in Silky Toner delivers the hydration of a cream with its milky-texture, leaving the skin feeling soft and smooth. Based on 68.09% Oat-based ingredients, this Korean toner soothes irritation, locks in hydration and restores oil-moisture balance. Despite its hydration, the formula is light and sinks rapidly into the skin without a greasy or sticky feeling. Great for all skin types!

How to use:

Use this toner after cleansing. Apply a moderate amount all over the face and gently pat it to allow absorption.
