This weakly acidic toner balances pH and restores much-need hydration after cleansing. Continued use of this product clears away dirt, oil and dead skin cells which can cause enlarged clogged pores. Those suffering from enlarged pores or looking for a hydrating, exfoliating toner should try this product.
How to use:
After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount of toner onto hands or cotton pad. Gently pat toner into the skin to allow absorption.
