Klairs Daily Skin Hydrating Water is a water-like hydrating toner. This toner contains 45% green tea water which has calming and antioxidant effects, Calendula water extract and coconut palm provide deep hydration. The watery texture allows the toner to be quickly absorbed into your skin. The quick absorption allows you to layer it multiple times if required. Recommended for those with dry, dehydrated skin and prefer light and refreshing toner. It is ethanol-free, silicon oil-free and artificial fragrance-free.
How to use:
After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with the Hydrating Water and gently wipe your entire face. Layer the Hydrating Water on areas that feel extra dry with a cotton pad or your palms.
