Rom&nd Zero Velvet Tint is a highly pigmented lip tint with a matte yet comfortable finish. The colour blends well with each other to create multiple lip makeup looks. It glides on smoothly and creates a blurring effect on lips that stays on all day long. Available in 25 shades.

How to use:

For a bold look, apply a moderate amount along the natural edge of the lips and then fill out the inner part.

Apply gently from the inner lip to the outer lip line for a gradated effect.
