A moisturising toner with a Rice formula to preserve moisture and restore the skin's natural moisture barrier. 

• Vegan Rice Milk formula made through grinding and milking Sandui Rice contains rich nutrients to brighten skin tone, deliver rich moisture and restore skin elasticity. 
• Reinforces the skin barrier and improves moisture retention with a hydrating blend of Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol and Ceramide NP. 
• The skin-friendly formula is free of ethanol, artificial fragrance, mineral oil and essential oil. 

The toner's hydrating texture leaves the skin plump and firm without a sticky finish. It suits all skin types and comes in environmentally friendly packaging. 

How to use: 

After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount of toner to a cotton pad or your palms. Apply all over the skin and gently pat to allow absorption. Use Vegan Rice Milk Moisturizing Cream to finish.
