VT Cica Skin soothes the skin taking oiliness, heaviness, and frustration out using its unique CICALIAO formula. CICALIAO is a combination of Green Propolis extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, and its bioactive compounds. The unique formula soothes skin inflammation, promotes wound recovery and provides long-lasting hydration. PHA included in this toner gently removes skin impurities and sebum for a clear skin complexion. This toner is very lightweight and instantly absorbs to recharge dull, tired and irritated skin. Suitable for all skin types.

How to use:

Apply toner after cleansing. Dispense an appropriate amount onto hands/cotton pad and gently pat into skin to allow absorption.
