What happens I receive a damaged/faulty product?

Love this, packaging could be a little better

I really enjoy using this product as it leaves your skin looking moist but not oily. For reference, I have combination, acne prone skin.

The reason I have deducted one star is because of the packaging. It comes in a little screw-top container with a small powder puff. I like the powder puff application, but I find it hard to get enough product through the tiny holes underneath the powder puff. To remedy this, I tap a little of the powder into the lid and then use the puff to apply the powder. I'll do this to touch up when I'm out and about, although if I am at home doing my makeup I will tap a little powder into the lid and then use a brush to pick up a little product and then lightly dust it over my tzone. I find that applying the product in this way gives you a little more control over how much product is used. If you use too much, it will look cakey.
