How to use:

Apply a suitable amount to dry skin and spread evenly. Gently pat until absorbed. (The non-sticky texture can be used for any dry spots on face, body, and scalp.)

This product is nice and simple and is great for dry or sensitive skin. If my skin is feeling reactive I slather this on (and at this price you can afford to be generous with how you use it!) It feels cooling and gentle on the skin and the next day I find any irritated patches area much calmer.
