Rom&nd Lip Mate Pencil has a fudgy and blendable texture that can easily create various looks. The lip liner formula fixates smoothly on the lips with minimal smudging after application. It features a finger brush to allow for precise and easy blending. The various colours match all skin tones, including 2 base colours, 2 overlip colours and 1 natural shading colours.

Draw 1 - 2 mm over the original lip line or the desired area. Blend it with the built-in finger brush and fill the lips with your chosen lip product.
