Description:

VDL Lumilayer Primer is created with Lumilayer Prismatic Pearls which contains red and blue pigments to illuminate the face. The Lumilayer Prismatic Pearls are finely milled and are suspended in a moisturising emulsion to hydrate skin while providing a glowing complexion. This moisturising primer keeps your makeup in place all day long and gives your skin a natural-looking strobing effect.

How to use:

Apply proper amount evenly on the skin before base makeup. Use fingers to warm the product before applying.

TIP: Mix with two parts foundation with one-part primer for an extra glow.
