What happens I receive a damaged/faulty product?

Love it!

Good coverage, semi matte formula that doesn’t cake easily and has a slight dewy finish. Already wanting to buy more of them!!

Awesome Formula, but poor design choices

I bought the #03 Natural 21 shade and it was a great match! Great coverage, light, doesn't struggle on textured skin and doesn't feel drying. My only issue is the puff issued with it tended to absorb a lot of the product it was meant to distribute onto your face (Every time I washed it with a tool cleaner SO much product came out of it) + the foundation cushion itself felt dry (very unsaturated with actual foundation, therefore not much product to use...), I ended up using tweezers to pull out the sponge and flip it so I could get more use out of it, which actually worked quite well :)
I'd love if Kiko&Beauty could provide refills for this brand's cushions in the future, although I don't know how easy it would be to secure some! Until then, I plan not to repurchase and to try other foundations, especially ones that provide a much larger and inclusive range of shades. Still, if these colours suit your skin tone, make the most out of this cushion, its formula definitely didn't disappoint.

Really Nice!

I really like the formula for this cushion, it’s hydrating and has pretty nice coverage, however don’t expect it to last too long! You’ll need a refill sooner than you think :(
