How to use: 

As this product contains retinol an adaptation period is highly recommended. Store in the fridge after opening. 

Week 1 - 2: Use 3 times a week and apply to any areas of concern. Gradually increase frequency and areas of application.
Week 3 onwards: Apply every other night and spread a pea-sized amount over the entire face.
