Yes, I’m From is dedicated to cruelty-free practices and does not conduct any animal testing.

Are your products authentic? 

Yes, all our Korean cosmetics are authentic and are sourced directly from authorised distributors or manufacturers. 

How long do you take to ship out orders? 

All orders are shipped out from Melbourne within 1 business day, we offer same business day dispatch for orders until 2pm. 

When will my order arrive after dispatch?

VIC (Metro): 1 business day 
VIC (regional) & Metro areas of QLD, SA, TAS and NSW : 2 - 4 business days (express: 1 - 3 business days) |
WA (Metro) : 4 - 7 business days (express: 2 - 3 business days) 

Please allow an extra 3 business days for regional deliveries. Deliveries to other Australian territories may take 1 - 2 months. 

What happens I receive a damaged/faulty product? 

Please contact us at support@kbeautydropzone.comas soon as possible and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund for the faulty product. We may request for photographic evidence of the damaged product.
